Research Skills: Access the extensive library and technology resources at Cornell University

Networking Skills: Utilize many opportunities throughout the week to meet with women entrepreneurs, hear their stories, and ask questions about their experiences.

Self Confidence: Gain a better understanding of your strengths and put them to work in a diverse group setting.
Team Work: Practice collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills working in groups similar to those you will experience in the business world.

Business Etiquette: Learn business etiquette skills from the president and owner of her own etiquette consulting firm - Mannersmith.

Stress Management: Work should always be balanced with FUN! Each day will include at least one opportunity to take an exercise class, explore the beautiful Ithaca scenery, play games, or spend time alone to re-energize.
